Last Day For Survey To Secure First-To-Ship Status!

Survey Update
If you have not taken they survey yet, please do so! Today (December 11th) is the last day you will be able to take it and secure your first-to-ship status (for backers in that category). It will lockdown at midnight tonight [central time]! Also, this will be the last day that you will be able to edit your survey for any add-ons, so be sure to review it one last time!
Didn’t Get The Survey?
If you did not receive the survey, please email [email protected] and let them know you backed Loopy and did not receive the survey. Please note that BackerKit will be closed for the holidays from December 24th - January 3rd, so there will be no survey support throughout this period.

What Couriers are we using to ship?
We are exclusively using USPS First Class for both domestic and international orders. Our deadline per USPS guidelines is to have all orders sent out through their facility on December 15th to be guaranteed before Christmas domestically. We are on schedule so please finish your survey if you have not already to be included in this first batch! Second-to-ship orders will begin shortly thereafter to meet our January shipping date. We will keep you in the loop with estimated shipping dates as we go.

The survey is about to go out! There are many key things we need to share with you within this update, so PLEASE READ THIS UPDATE ENTIRELY before taking the survey!
BackerKit Survey Info
As mentioned in our previous update, we’ve decided to use BackerKit to kick out our survey. BackerKit allows us to stay extremely organized, makes it easy to add really cool add-ons at exclusive prices to all backers, allows you change your address if needed, and also streamlines the process of fulfilling orders (sending them out before our Dec. 15th deadline!).
After reading this update entirely, please try to take the survey within 48hrs! Additionally to first-to-ship status, we’ll be sending orders out on a first come first serve basis based on the completion of this survey to keep things moving quickly! Take it early and reserve your shipping spot! The cut off date for you to be guaranteed first-to-ship will be December 11th, so please take it as soon as possible.
You do not need an account with BackerKit to take the survey. Simply click the link when you get it, take the survey, and submit. You’ll be good to go!
*If you decide that you need to make an edit to your survey after taking it, you’ll have until December 11th to make them otherwise your order will not be shipped in the first-to-ship batch, so please take this survey seriously!!

Loops are interchangeable! Each pack comes with three loops.
*These are made and ready to order, so they can be added to your pledge without any delay in shipping times! Grab one while you can, there are limited amounts available in stock and these packs historically go very quickly.
Tempered Glass Screen Protectors:
Tempered Glass is the perfect addition to your Loopy case for protection from all angles.
Though your screen will be protected from drops by your case, daily wear and tear from your screen rubbing against things like your keys in your pocket, your items in your purse, or any other point of contact your screen comes into on a daily basis can cause your screen to micro-fracture, making it weaker over time.

Additional Loopy Cases:
You have the option to add even more Loopy Cases to your pledge here at the special Kickstarter price! This case will not be discounted often so be sure to secure as many as you’d like now!
*If you are a first-to-ship backer, any additional add-on cases will be shipped separately in our 2nd to ship batch. This is due to us having limited amounts to sent out in the first to ship category.
**If you are a second- or third-to-ship backer, any additional cases will be added to your current order without any delay in shipping times.
Righty v. Lefty
We will be offering a Lefty option for our cases. When choosing the lefty or righty option, please keep in mind that you will now be able to use your phone one-handed with Loopy. Whichever hand you write with, we recommend choosing. Please note that 90% or more will need a Righty case.
The difference between Lefty and Righty cases: the loop angle. We design the loop to fit your hand perfectly throughout tons of R&D. Sorry, there will not be a neutral loop option - trust us, we know loops. The specific angles we choose make a world of difference. Please note that Lefty cases are made as a special order, so exchanges will not be allowed for these cases.
*Personally, we are all Righties in our family and have all Righty cases. We switch hands from time to time to use our phone without any issue, it’s just a matter of comfort. We'd recommend to only choose lefty if you'd much, MUCH rather text one-handed lefty than righty.
‘S’ versions of the iPhone 6 & 6 Plus
The sizing difference between the ‘S’ versions of the new iPhone 6 & 6 Plus have been accounted for in our design and will fit on same model Loopy.
In short:
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s = Same model case (select iPhone 6/6s)
iPhone 6 PLUS and iPhone 6s PLUS = same model case (select iPhone 6/6s PLUS)
Samsung Galaxy S6 Peeps!
You’ll be able to select the S6 Loopy for any pledge tier. Please note that this case only comes in black since it is a stretch goal! Add a Loop Pack for some color! :)
If you’re adding an S6 Loopy as an add-on to your pledge, the drop down menu will show a bunch of colors available. BackerKit is kind of funny with this so please note that only ‘Black’ will be available for an option to purchase. If you select a different color, it will not allow you to add it to cart.

Our survey is being reviewed and we are on time!

We’re working with a premiere survey company to ensure the survey goes smoothly and grabs every detail necessary. At Loopy, we try to support the Kickstarter community, and when we kept receiving beautiful surveys from companies like Luminoodle, we decided to look into the survey tool they were using - BackerKit.
BackerKit are the top survey company in the crowdfunding arena – they’ve sent over 2.2 million surveys, they help out with customer support (so your questions are answered super timely!), and they keep an eye out for survey mistakes because they too are handling customer service. This last point is our slight hold up in getting the survey out. BackerKit has agreed to double check our survey first thing Monday morning. We’d rather do it right the first time than shuffle something buggy and confusing out - measure twice, cut once!
Please look out for the launch of the survey on Monday evening. We'll send out another update prior to ensure everyone understands all of the questions and can finish it seamlessly.
This slight delay in the survey release has not affected production/shipping times. We are in quality control & assembly now for the first to ship orders and on schedule for our originally planned ship dates. The moment surveys start coming in, we’ll hook BackerKit to our online shipping software and start sending orders out, batched daily!

Hey everyone!
We wanted to give you a quick update on the survey. We’re wrapping up all of the final edits and reviewing over the next few days to make sure we are asking everything necessary! We anticipated this going out today, but we need to make sure it is perfect since Kickstarter only allows for one survey to go out. Be on the look out for the survey in your inbox later this week (we'll send out an update when it is sent out as well) with a goal to have everyone's selections in by next week!
Boxes are coming in left and right, and we are on schedule! If you have questions about shipping times or what will be on the survey, please check out this update here.
Also, we're in the process of upgrading our entire shipping program to make everything more streamlined to get you your cases even faster!
