Can I split my duo/bundle order if I have an iPhone 6 and 6 Plus?

No worries! Feel free to mix and match the two types of phones in any bundle pack! The end of project survey will prompt you for your phone types and color choices :) Last updated: Fri, Oct 23 2015 1:12 pm EDT

Will Loopy fit both the 6 and 6s models of the new iPhone 6 and 6 plus?

Yes, we have went in to depth to ensure proper fitment for both models. Your new case will fit like a glove. Last updated: Sat, Oct 10 2015 4:45 pm EDT

What model phones do you offer them for?

We are now offering them for the iPhone 6/6s and 6 Plus/6s Plus. We have stretch goals in place to offer them for Samsung models, such as the Galaxy S6. The more we raise, the more models we can offer, so please share share share! We want to get everyone in the loop! Last updated: Sat, Oct 10 2015 4:47 pm EDT

When do I pick my color(s) and phone type(s)?

A survey will be sent out towards the end of our campaign asking for these details. They will not be asked for when you checkout! Last updated: Mon, Oct 19 2015 5:39 pm EDT

What holds the loop in place?

We’ve designed our cases per Einstein’s recommendations: “everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler”. With this in mind, loop holes, durometer of cases and loops, placement and sizing of loops, and case sizing all work hand in hand to make loops easy to change, yet difficult to pull out. When the phone is installed, the pressure between the case and loops created a friction-rich bond, keeping loops secure. Last updated: Sat, Oct 10 2015 4:47 pm EDT

What colors do you offer?

We’re starting off with Green, Purple, Slate, and the Black Edition. We have stretch goals in place to offer a mystery color, as well as other colors as we meet higher stretch goals! Last updated: Sat, Oct 10 2015 4:47 pm EDT

Do you guys really offer a Lifetime Guarantee?

Yes, we fully stand behind our product and it’s capabilities. If at any time your case has an issue with integrity, we want to know. Please note that since people use their loops for more than wrapping around their finger (such as hooking it on a tripod, a backpack, your handlebars, even a rock climbing harness), loops can be subjected to some serious conditions; so, we offer a 40 day loop warranty. Was this case originally called the Loopy Vibe?

Yes. We did a short run of this case over the summer of 2015 to test it out with the name ‘Loopy Vibe’. We had a tremendous response of the case, with an average 98% rating and decided to take our final design into full production. This case is the best design we’ve ever made, so we decided it only needs one name: Loopy. Last updated: Sat, Oct 10 2015 5:10 pm EDT

Does it fit in my pocket?

You bet! Check out our video to see a few scenes with super tight jeans! We’ve tried them on everything from sweats to jeans to dress pants to athletic shorts. 10/10 Last updated: Fri, Oct 16 2015 3:34 pm EDT

How long do loops last?

Our loops are made to be as durable as possible. While it all depends on the environment in which you use your phone, we typically see loops lasting around 90 - 180 days on average, some going as far as over one year. We have found in the past that most customers only buy more because they like to switch up the style of their case, not because they break. We’re hoping to continue to make them only more durable from here! At the end of a loops life span, they don’t simply break. They may start to fray around the pressure points. We recommend inspecting your case every time you wipe down you phone or before extensive activities like bringing your phone on a rollercoaster! That being said, when a loop begins to fray, it can technically be used for weeks since they don’t instantly slice. But we recommend swapping it out for a fresh loop that we provide with every Loopy! BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
