Second-to-ship & USPS Update!

We hope everyone had a great holiday break, though some of you lucky ones may still be on break through the new year (lucky)!!
We’re back in office so here's a quick update!
Second-to-ships
Your cases are currently being wrapped up in production, where they will then go through our vigorous quality control and assembly phase. We’re looking at shipping times the second week of January. We’ll send out another update when we get closer to this ship date. Get stoked! :)
First-to-ship USPS issues
We’ve been notified of a few outstanding USPS issues:
Shipments being stuck in ‘pre-shipment info sent’ status - We’ve contacted USPS and hope to hear back by the 1st with an answer. We’re hoping they can sort out this issue and we can get this all figured out to get you your reward as quickly as possible. Please note that your reward may be closer than you think; USPS’s tracking info may be frozen, but your case could very well be on it’s way. They seem to be having tracking issues, most likely due to the crazy high volumes they are dealing with this time of year. Thank you for your patience with this. Please refrain from emailing us about this issue and keep in the loop with these updates.
Shipments stuck at a specific facility with no updates for a few days - This happens. USPS’s system sometimes gets stuck in one place and will update late. Please keep an eye out for your reward; any day now you should either receive your reward or see a lagged update via tracking.
International orders stuck in a specific location - When USPS tracks international shipments, sometimes the destination country will receive it and there will be a delay where the tracking says it’s been received in the country, but no further updates will pop up for a minimum of a few days. This is most likely due to the package being received, but needing to be run through customs and sorted to then be sent out to the correct branch for final shipment. Please note that this takes some time and that some do not offer tracking past this process. Also, note that if there is no tracking available, this most likely means that tracking is not available from USPS for your country. You’re seeing the same thing as we are and we’re sorry that we cannot offer any more help with this!
If you’ve emailed us since Dec 24th, we will be in touch by the week’s end. We’ve received many inquiries (many of which have questions hopefully answered in this update) and we’re getting through them as quickly as possible.
Again, if you have any order issues at all, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll take care of them ASAP. Please do not post them in the comments or via messaging since everything will be redirected there so that we can keep everything organized! :)

We've come to conclusion that our customers/backers are simply awesome.
We are overwhelmed with joy each day with all of the comments, emails, and social media posts that you all have been sharing with us about how much you love your new Loopy. We just wanted to express our utmost gratitude to you. Thank you so much for helping us make this project happen and for brightening our days regularly with these thoughtful messages.
To celebrate the holidays with family and friends, Loopy HQ will be closed Dec. 24th - Dec. 28th. We will be checking email and Kickstarter during this time infrequently, though enough to keep in-the-loop!

Changing Loops & KS Loop

Hey Everyone!
We've received a few inquiries asking how to change Loops and wanted to share a video here that shows how. This should give you some insider info on how to properly install your case and Loops, as well as a few tips/tricks here and there!
*Please note this video above is with our old model, the Loopy Slim. We'll have an updated video made when we get a chance! :)
We've also had a few inquiries on whether or not you received your Kickstarter Edition Loops for sharing. Before contacting us, please double check your Loopy microfiber bag and Loop pack bag (if you ordered a loop pack). We put them inside of there when shipping to make sure they didn't get lost and to save time so that we could ship them even faster!
If you have any issues with your reward(s) at all, please contact us at [email protected]! We will redirect any comment, message, or social media message to ensure that we keep these inquiries in a centralized location so that nothing is overlooked and to make sure your inquiry is taken care of as quickly as humanly possible! Also, be sure to include your name and information on the cases you backed if you contact us. The more information we have, the more we can streamline the process of fixing any issue.

A few updates:
Updated Tracking Info
We’ve sent out a new email batch with updated tracking information to all first-to-ship backers. We hope this takes care of the ‘tracking info missing’ issue we had earlier this week. Any issues with tracking, please message us (please do not write in the comments section for these inquiries since we’ll need to move the conversation to messages anyway).
Second-to-Ship Backers
We’re on schedule and the second-to-ship Loopy batch is currently in production. Shipping dates are estimated for early-mid January. When your case ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking. We’ll keep you in the loop along the way!

First-to-ships...

All first-to-ship orders were wrapped up last night!
Here are a few photos from the last couple of days. What a ride!
First batch of first-to-ship orders ready to go out on Monday - roughly 600 orders!
First batch arrival at our USPS dropoff only to have them tell us that we need to take them out of the bags and put them into these little tiny bins they gave us, around 15 total!
Second batch, roughly 500-600 orders again! This time we came prepared with our own bins.
Third and final first-to-ship batch finished. So was Greg.
We've been going non-stop for the last 10+ days manufacturing, assembling, QC'ing, and shipping the 1,500+ first-to-ship list. Let's just say that there was a lot of coffee and many frozen pizzas consumed throughout that time frame!
We are excited to have these in the mail and look forward to getting our second-to-ship batch in to do it all over again soon!
Special note for international backers who did not receive email tracking:
We've been notified and we're working on the issue. We're testing out a secondary email now and will be in touch within the next 48 hours. Please refrain from contacting us about this for now since we are working on getting you the tracking information and cannot do anything to solve it immediately at this time. Also, please note that some packages to certain countries may not offer tracking. We will be in touch so please sit tight!
For domestic orders with tracking issues:
If you did not receive tracking or a shipment confirmation, please allow a few days to go by before contacting us. There were a small handful or orders that threw a flag in our system and we plan on going through them entirely tomorrow to figure the issues out and get them in the mail immediately.
Thanks for your patience everyone! We are very excited moving forward and will continue keeping you in the loop with cool updates!
