We'd like to keep all of our original Kickstarter backers in-the-loop and up to date with new and really cool things we've been working on. You helped us get where we are today so you get first peek!

Before we end this update, here's a really cool and totally relevant sports statistic from Squaretrade that makes us REALLY happy that we're in the loop:

PS: We'd like to share another project that we found interesting recently.

Grocery shopping! A necessary evil. It's nice to have gadgets that make the monotonous a bit more bearable. Like flipping your grocery list around with your Loopy case.

One thing we're really excited for is these express checkout bags. Maybe some of you enjoy grocery shopping, but we dread it. And the only thing worse than grocery shopping to me is putting them away when I get home!  PS. The white one is a freezer bag, so no more melted ice cream when you get home lol!!

Their project ends in 6 days and they're 3/4 the way to their goal! If you're into their project, consider giving them an extra boost through the finish line! :)

Second-to-ship... SHIPPED!

Hey everyone!

Second-to-ships are heading to the Post Office today before 5p CT!!

Due to the holiday (MLK Jr. Day), USPS was closed yesterday, but we got to work and printed/packaged every single order so that there would be zero down time once they opened again.  Get stoked, your Loopy is on it's way today!!

Expect tracking information sent to you this week.  If you do not receive tracking, please wait until the end of the week to contact us!  Sometimes it takes a bit to be updated/received.  Also, please note that some countries do not offer lead times/tracking for international USPS shipping.

All USPS first-to-ship issues are being solved today as well!  For those with USPS issues, stay tuned via email for all communication with us regarding this issue.  If you have a first-to-ship USPS issue and haven't contacted us yet, please see our last update here for instructions on what to do.

Preparing to Ship!

We’re just finishing up assembly on all remaining Kickstarter Loopy Cases rewards!! We’ll begin shipping next week, so please stay tuned! You will receive a tracking code via email when your case ships. If you do not receive a code right away, please wait throughout the entire week before contacting us. Sometimes the tracking codes take a while to update, send, and things of that nature.

USPS Issues with First-to-Ships

Ok, here we go! This only accounts for First-to-Ship backers!

If you have not received your Loopy due to a:

• Stuck in tracking ‘pre-shipment info’ status
• Stuck in a USPS facility, such a Chicago
• Other USPS issue

Please follow these instructions carefully so that we can get your issue resolved!

Please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘USPS Issue, Your Name, Backer Number’.

Within the email, please give us a brief 1-3 sentence update to get us up to speed with the issue. Also, please include your name, shipping address, and email address all for verification purposes.

We will get back in touch with you within 1 working week. We need to vet out each and every one of these issues and thank you for your patience while we get this sorted out!

Exchanges

If you’ve sent your Loopy back for an exchange or contacted us for order issues, we will have your proper/exchanged Loopy sent out with this next batch.

Second-to-ship, BackerKit, and USPS Update!

Hi everybody!

Just a heads up that we're assembling our second to ship batch! It's a tad bigger than our previous batch. We'll keep you updated here with shipping dates when we start finishing up assembly.

For now, please check your email for something from us/backerkit! We'll be locking down all orders on Friday night (Jan 8th). What this means is you can still edit your order, add more cases/loop packs/screen protectors to your order, and change your shipping address until Friday at midnight (CT) before we lock everything down!

Also, we're in contact with USPS about the first-to-ships that have tracking 'stuck' in a certain location.  We're on the case so please be patient while we determine the next step.  Updates to come.
